• Able to speak English / other language between : German, French, Italian
• Previous experience in fine watches / jewellery    (preferentially in luxury retail)
• Excellent service, selling and communication skills
• Flexible – able to work in different environments with different people
• Good communicator both written and orally – able to speak to a number of different parties
• Action orientated – able to get things done quickly as required and to reset priorities
• Previous cruise experience preferential
