Kouzon – Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia,Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Monte Negro, Turkey, Tunisia.

Most of our activities for recruitment of new cruise ship employment candidates has always been  in spring (March, April, May).  This year we have the same situation , when in all parts of the Balkan we have serious campaigns for recruitment of new candidates. The Kouzon network has been working actively in all 14 offices of Kouzon, by conducting interviews, presentations and employment of new candidates.

Kouzon Montenegro – We have presentations in our office in Podgorica every week.
The interest for cruise ship employment in Montenegro is huge and we expect to have selected more than 100 candidates for cruise ship employment until the end of the month.

Kouzon Bosnia and Herzegovina  –  Besides the standard activity in Banja Luka , this time the recruitment process was extended into Sarajevo. On the 13^th March, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed the first big presentation for cruise ship employment. There came about 80 interested candidates.

Kouzon BiH continues to organize the prescreening interviews for cruise ship employments every week in the main office in Banja Luka.
Currently we launched the campaign for employments in Qatar and Dubai.

Kouzon Albania – The interest of the Albanian candidates for cruise ship employment is increasing every day. This is a very positive surprise for us and it gives us even better motif to increase the activities in this country. It is very important for us that most of the candidates from this country can speak fluent Italian.  On the 15-16^TH March, we organized meeting with 50 new applicants in hotel Baron and we introduced the important moments from the process of cruise ship employment through video presentations and discussion with our recruiters.

Kouzon Croatia – On the 11^th March, Kouzon received the official license to work as mediator agency for employment of seaman (i.e. permit) by the Ministry of Marine affairs, transport and infrastructure.  This license gives the right to Kouzon to employ seaman (i.e. technical staff and officers) from Croatia. Besides the initial license for mediation in employment (from the Ministry of Labor and pension system) Kouzon possesses all selection and employment rights at the moment, for candidates from this European country.
Kouzon Turkey -The office of Kouzon Antalya has been actively preparing for the employment season for all interested people from the Balkan countries to work in the region of Antalya and Kushadasi.

We are expecting this season, to employ through our offices, more than 200 candidates from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania. Besides all these activities Kouzon Turkey has been working actively on the selection of candidates from Turkey for several cruise ship companies.

Kouzon Tunisia – The newly open office of Kouzon in Tunisia has begun to give us the positive results. Ever since we opened the office on the 6^th March, we managed to recruit about 150 candidates.

Our next meeting with the Tunisian candidates is scheduled for 27-28 March when we expect that we will have more than 250 interested people to work onboard. In the period from 27^th – 30^th March the tem of Kouzon will be in Tunisia and will work on the preparation for the embarkation of all selected and chosen candidates. The Tunisian candidates are also interested to work in the region of the Saudi Arabia Peninsula.

Kouzon Slovenia – We have prepared ad organized the steps for the big cruise ship employment in Ljubljana.  We expect to organize presentation for cruise ship employment in the first half of April in Ljubljana.  Slovenia is a country which will offer more than 200 candidates per year most of which apply in April – May.

Kouzon Czech Republic– On the 29^th March in the Hany Bany club (in the centre of Prague) we will promote our official start in this country. Even though we have been present in Prague for more than 8months, we chose this day to mark our official start in this country.

At the opening day we expect to welcome all the selected candidates we have from this country, for cruise ship employment but also to welcome all the people who would like to learn more about our programs for employment abroad.

Kouzon is offering the programs for employment in Qatar and Dubai as well and also employments in Greece.  We expect to make a BOOM with our activity in Prague because it was shown that the Czechs like to work abroad, mostly in sunny and touristic places.
Kouzon Slovakia – The activities of our office in Slovakia have been increasing and the team in Kosice announces big campaign in the second half of March.

Out of the already selected candidates,(the ones who states that they would like to work abroad) , we could say that the number of the ones who are interested for cruise ship employment and the ones who are interested to work in Greece is more or less the same. Good part of the interested candidates is interested in working in Qatar and Dubai.

Besides the above mentioned activities in the rest of the countries, the main office of Kouzon in Skopje continues to coordinate the activities in Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Qatar where we have many activities for employment for the various employment programs offered by Kouzon.
