Kouzon Corporation was founded in October 1997 with a clear vision for the future of the young generation. Our dedication to set up the stands for our field brought us to become innovators, creators of new ideas and most of all LEADERS. Kouzon is widely credited with pioneering in the modern hospitality employment
Established in the International Marketplace
Up to date Kouzon has grown to be a Corporation operating in 12 different countries on 3 continents – Europe, Asia and Africa.
We are working with the following programs:
- Education and study abroad (High school and University)
- Work and Travel program, in the USA and EU
- Employment in the Hospitality industry
Cruise Ship Companies
World famous hotel chains - Language courses in various countries in the world
- Au- Pair program in the EU and the USA
- Kouzon Travel – selling travel packages for all travel destinations and cruise packages.
- Kouzon Camps – summer and winter camps for children from 7-17.

Kouzon has 43 permanent employees and 15 seasonal employees.
Number of temporary workers
Kouzon Corporation employs more than 3000 young people from different nationalities per year.
Concept K
Our concept is to create a well recognizable brand by several young generations.
The summer and winter camps for children from 7-17 is the first place where our applicants can meet the brand Kouzon.
As soon as they go through the camps (through our system of education) – we offer the summer language courses (English, German, Italian, French and Spanish).
Together with this activity – we are offering education in high schools in Europe and the USA.
The next step, after the completion of the High School is the University education.
As soon as they get to University, Kouzon offers the possibility for student practice and summer jobs for students. After University we offer internship and career opportunity programs.
Built through the system of Kouzon (with all the above mentioned) our candidates apply for cruise ship employment. Kouzon Employment Service always meets the requirements of the candidates and provides suitable employment.
The last but not the least–As soon as they start earning Kouzon offers travel packages.
This is the reason why our company is defined as the company of the young generation.
