The first Training Academy in 2014 for Beverage Operations for Royal Caribbean Cruises Line (BOTC-Macedonia) ended on the13th June with the honorary handing in of the diplomas for the successfully completed Academy.

The training of candidates from 7 different countries from all around Eastern Europe started and ended successfully.

We wish to all participants’ great career and big success

The participants were very satisfied with their achievements at this training academy and the pleasure was also very present among the representatives of Royal Caribbean and Kouzon as organizer of this academy on behalf of Royal Caribbean.

It was a pleasure for us to be the hosts of the representatives from Beverage Department, Mr. Matthew R. Howard (Traveling Director of Food and Beverage, Beverage Training and Development) and Mr. Georgi Kolev as a Trainer on this Academy who is Senior Beverage Manager Oasis Of The Seas
The next training academy will be in August for candidates selected to work in the Bar department.
