After a long break, an interview for RCCL and CCL happened in Podgorica.
Organized by our colleagues from Kouzon Montenegro, the interview with the employment manager from Miami went through in best order.
The knowledge and the motivation of the candidates were at really high level.

The desire to be part of the best in the world’s cruise industry was even bigger motivation for this group of 70 young people from Montenegro to be “crown” of the Balkan interview by Kouzon.
In the course of one week from the 6th until the 13th of November, Kouzon organized interviews in three locations: Sofia, Budapest, and Podgorica.

The successful results of this recruitment are giving us the rights, to say with certainty that we can invite our partners from Royal Caribbean and Celebrity to be our guests again, on a new recruitment trip in the first week of February.
