CRUISE SHIP EMPLOYMENT –
After 5 days of very intensive interviews and training of over 120 Kouzon F&B and Housekeeping candidates, we and MSC can now share our satisfaction from the very positive results. We would also like to congratulate all the candidates who have successfully passed this process.
This Balkan interview and training are part of the new project which is conducted collaboratively by Kouzon and MSC Cruises. The goal of it is the forming of East-European MSC Training Centre which will be the foundation for recruiting future employee for this prestigious cruise-ship company.
The participants of this first training event were honored by the opportunity to see the first training materials from the new training structure from MSC Cruises.
Having in mind that MSC is in a process of building 7 new ships and plans employing around 26.000 new hires, we can say with certainty that our new Training Centre will be working under full steam.
