The newest office of Kouzon in Podgorica (Montenegro) has conducted activities related to cruise ship employments.
During 25th and 26th December , we were visited by around 50 applicants who showed their readiness and wish to be recruited by Kouzon and to work for the cruise ship companies.
This interest among the people was a very pleasant surprise for us , if we take into consideration that this recruitment is happening only a couple of days before New Year.

All present applicants stated that their greatest wish for 2014 is to get hired to work onboard the ships.
Our recruiters were satisfied by the quality of the candidates and their work knowledge and we will certainly give them the opportunity to be presented at some upcoming interview.

Kouzon Montenegro – started the cooperation with several commercial banks which will be included in our activities and will provide flexible conditions for our applicants so that more people would be able to go and work onboard.

The activities will continue in the second half of January when we have scheduled our new prescreening interviews with a group of candidates who were not able to participate at this interview due to work obligation
