You will be the person in charge of checking customers, handling communications with the clients on the phone and by e-mail.

REQUIREMENTS YOU HAVE TO MEET!

✅Minimum 1-2 years experience on board cruise ships or in 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant operations
✅Very good command of the English language
✅Microsoft Office Suite, Fidelio Cruise, Micros Fidelio Point of Sale and NVS
✅Hospitality Background required;
✅Understanding of the highest level of service;
✅Excellent administrative skills;
