# In A Kouzon World

Hi, I’m Vladimir Jankovski, a candidate for Kouzon Agency, and I’m working for the fastest growing ship company, MSC Cruises, at the moment.

I would like to share my experience and briefly explain what you gain from it, and I’ll leave it to you to think about what you lose.

Besides work, you have free time when you can visit some of the world destinations, meet people from all over the world and learn another foreign language.

Now, I would like to tell you, step by step, how my first agreement went on MSC Cruises.

I started in November 2016 as a bar boy, and in January 2017, I started working as a crew bartender, and in May I was declared employee of the month on the MSC Poesia. Everything happened very fast and I was growing without being aware of it. Before finishing my agreement, I got a promotion to Assistant Bartender and an opportunity to be a part of the biggest MSC cruise ship at the moment (MSC Meraviglia). |
You can only have this kind of a life and work experience on a ship where you meet amazing people who will stay your friends for a lifetime. This is all I will say because there is no end to such an experience.
