Royal Caribbean Cruises Line and Kouzon Corporation announce the opening of the position HR SPECIALIST for AZAMARA BRAND.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience as an HR specialist . Here are some of the qualifications required

Requirements:

• Two years human resources experience with a background in employee relations, labor relations, and training or related field pertaining to employee morale and wellness, fitness and/or compliance issues
• Expanded ability to work within the MS Office software programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point is required, and knowledge of Access is preferred
• Ability to understand general mathematical equations in Excel and budget reports
• Experience in a medium to large hotel, resort or in a hospitality industry equivalent is preferred.
• Exposure to an international environment is preferred
• Ability to present with excellent public speaking skills to groups of 20 or more.
• Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
  This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors
  and co-workers
• All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable
• Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training
