What is the needed qualifications to work on oil rigs

We are in need of following position:

  • 3 CATERING SUPERVISOR (Camp Boss)

    for Congo to be employed offshore on oil platform with previous F&B working background in International Hotel Companies, or Cruise Lines.

  • Job purpose summary: The Camp Boss is responsible for all hotel services on the rig and leads the catering crew. He/she is responsible for the safety, work schedules, job content and work allocation of catering personnel, and for maintaining the food stocks.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in catering companies in same position or in the F&B
  • Management department of International Hotels.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Computer skills.
  • Good Management skills.

Chief Cook for Nigeria with strong experience in International Cuisine

         The ideal candidate must have:

  • Prior strong working experience in International Cuisine (Ex. Sous Chef on International Cruise lines or International Hotel Companies).
  • Excellent English
  • Solid knowledge of Asian cuisine
