Record number of new applicants and interested candidates to work onboard the cruise ships.  

We are working in February with a very fast tempo. The recruitment team has done presentations for cruise ship employment in all EX-Yu countries.
We started in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the 14^th February. 84 prescreening interviews were conducted with new candidates. After this we had Croatia, where our office recruited new 45 candidates.

After Croatia, the Kouzon caravan continued in Serbia (21^st -23^rd February). In Belgrade we broke the record once again by having 186 participants at the presentations. The interest for cruise ship employments in Serbia continues to be enormous. The comments were, once again, that Serbia is the most SHIP ORIENTED nation in the Balkans.

As of 24-25 February, the activities continued in Podgorica, Montenegro, where 50 new future sailors passed through the presentation and the recruitment activities.

On the 26-27, we will be hosting 60 new applicants in Tirana, Albania which is a very pleasant surprise for us.

The finale of the February tour will be in Skopje on the 27^th – 28^th February when we are expecting around 100 new applicants who apply for different positions. Our expectations for February were exceeded and we evaluate this February as extremely productive for us by recruiting more than 400 new applicants from several Balkan countries.

In March, we are announcing recruitment of candidates from Slovenia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Tunisia of course.
