Kouzon has started actively 2014.
Immediately after the New Year holidays we have started immediately activities for all our programs in every office throughout the Balkan countries.
Besides the standard presentations for cruise ship employments (in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania) Kouzon has been working continuously in Macedonia and Bulgaria as well. We have already prescreened and selected sufficient number of candidates for the upcoming interviews.

Which interviews have been organized so far?

We were very happy to announce that we had interview with MSC CRUISES – for positions in the Duty Free Department and we employed about 20 candidates from the region.
In the past period we organized several SKYPE interviews with Royal and Celebrity Cruises. Candidates for different positions were selected (and some of them have started their preparation to join in February or March).
Kouzon has organized several successful interviews for Pullmantur Cruise as well.

What is next?

These are our upcoming activities :

1. NCL – ( Norwegian Cruises Line ) – open positions for the PHOTO DEPARTMENT.
Starting from the middle of February , we have announced continuous Skype interviews for employment in restaurant and bar department (we also expect openings for other positions)

2. Princess Cruises – Balkan interview in Belgrade on 13th February.
The activities have started on the 10th February with a 4 day training for all participants.

3. Royal Caribbean Cruises Line and Celebrity Cruises – every week Skype interviews with employments of 25 – 30 new candidates.

4. Pullmantur Cruises – Skype interview for candidates from Tunisia and Morocco which is an activity of our new office in Tunisia. People from the Balkan countries can apply as well if they have sufficient knowledge of French or Spanish (advanced level). All positions are open.

All these activities are happening have been happening in February.

In March we are expecting even more activities for upcoming employments.
