After 5-days of interviews with our candidates from all Balkan countries, we (Kouzon) as the organizers of the interview can say a big THANK YOU to the MSC Cruises recruiters (Mr. Skinner and Mr. Nicolaou) and to our candidates for the very successful event.

Despite the temperature in Skopje being around 40 degrees Celsius, all of the invited candidates arrived on time for the interview, presented themselves in the best professional light and have left the event very satisfied. What makes this event a success is the fact that despite being a high-season in the tourist industry, all our 125 hospitality candidates found the time to participate in this interview.

The selected candidates will be working on various positions within MSC’s Restaurant, Bar and Housekeeping departments. There are only two steps left for the approved candidates to do now before boarding their assigned ships.
The approved candidates who speak good German will be boarding very soon and the ones who need improvement or to learn German will take advantage of Kouzon’s FREE German lessons before they can go onboard. However, all of them (regardless of their German language knowledge) will have to attend the MSC Training Academy that will start in Skopje in a near future.
