– in a kitchen of a 5-star / 4-star hotel or fine dining restaurant as a Chef de Partie; or

– in a butchery as a Butcher; or

– or in a Pastry Shop / Bakery  as a Pastry Cook,

plus you have an adequate educational background for one of these positions,
