The participants at the August Academy of Royal Caribbean ( ROTC – Macedonia ) celebrated with great pleasure and excitement today and received the certificates for the successfully finished operation training.

In spite of the enthusiasm and the desire to start working immediately onboard Royal ships, the group showed great desire to prove themselves as excellent professionals with potential to become the best in the fleet.
Mr. Anton Valchev, being the trainer of this academy managed to share all his knowledge and prepared the group for the five star service.

We ( Kouzon ), being hosts of the group, evaluate the uniteness and the ambient created by the group with the highest possible marks.

Even though the participants came from different parts of Europe, and they have different culture and nationality, at the end of the training they said goodbye to eachother as if they were best friends or colleagues. This is the strength which “makes them fly” in order to be able to reach the heights of the great career onboard Royal Caribbean.

I would like that in this group (which was primarily made of girls) we had a representative from Ireland (Ms. Susan Anne Flannery) and from Vladivostok- Russia  (as the most northern part of Europe, Ms.Stepkina Liudmila ).

Until the end of the year, we are planning two more restaurant academies of RCCL.
