Today, 11th August , the training center of Kouzon in Skopje started the 4th in a row Training Academy for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

As previously , during this ROTC Macedonia we have participants from several European countries. This time our C/Ms come from Russia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Romania, Ukraine and Albania.

The leader of this Academy is the experienced AMDR , Mr. Anton Valchev who during these 5 days of training will share his knowledge with the participants.

The program of the training academy is conceptualized in a way that in spite of the theoretical lectures, the participants will have a practical part where they will learn all the processes necessary to work in the Restaurants onboard the ships of Royal Caribbean Cruise line .
This unique training which is part of the strategy of Royal Caribbean Cruise lines in conducted in order to create quality staff which will have a clear vision to build a career onboard this company.

It is very important for us, as the hosts of ROTC, to welcome the participants in the best possible way and to show them the beauties of Skopje.
